Changing Job Architecture - what it means
Another core element of our transformation is called Job Architecture, or the process by which we create more clearly defined and consistent roles, responsibilities, and career paths across the health system. This enables us to better support your talent mobility, career development, and succession planning.
Beginning April 3, you may have a revised title that more accurately reflects the responsibility, knowledge and skills required for your position. You may also receive revised shift differential details for your role. We will share additional details in future communications and instructions to help you access this information. In the interim, in early March, your direct manager will contact you to share more information if these efforts apply to you.
