It's time to be a Flu Fighter!
LCMC Health is hosting flu vaccination events system-wide! Prior to receiving a flu vaccine you must complete an online survey (consent) in your ReadySet portal.
Employed staff (those who are paid by LCMC Health or one of the hospitals other than TMC, Lakeside, and Lakeview) will have direct access to their ReadySet portal after signing into LCMC Health
Employees with a contraindication to the flu vaccine MUST complete a survey in their Readyset portal
Contract staff will need to enter their username and password. If you do not remember your username or password, choose FORGOT username/password
Contract staff DO NOT need to provide flu vaccine proof to LCMC Health, only to their employer
All employees are required to submit.
Employed staff, scan this QR code for direct access to your ReadySet portal.
Employees of Tulane Medical Center, Lakeside Hospital, and Lakeview Hospital will be emailed consent forms to print and bring to your appointment. Forms will also be provided at flu fairs.
