2024 LHP Governance Structure – A special thanks to our network committee members!
LCMC Healthcare Partners (LHP) continues to grow and mature as a network and as such, our governance structure continues to evolve as well. With a network of over 2000 providers, 14 value-based contracts, and more than 120K covered lives, that structure now includes a Board of Directors and 3 subcommittees of the Board: our Quality Subcommittee, Finance and Contracting Subcommittee, and our newly established Network Development Subcommittee. These physician-led committees work together to meet the growing demands of our clinical integration network.
LHP committee membership includes both LCMC Health employed and independent providers and administrative leaders affiliated with each LCMC Health facility. We would like to take a moment to welcome our newest 2024 committee members and thank some of our members that stepped down this year for their service. We greatly appreciate all of your time and dedication to improving network operations and ensuring our continued success.
