UMC Public Safety Office ID Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 10:00 am and 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Visits to obtain badges outside of these hours are not permitted.

  • Replacement fee: $20 cash and is subject to change.

Public Safety is located on Second Floor of the Diagnostic and Testing building, Suite 2673.

  • Enter at the Tulane Avenue entrance, you will need an ID to enter the hospital.
  • Proceed past the information desk and past the patient registration area on the right.
  • Continue past the Gift Shop and Café to Patient Tower 3 and take the purple staff elevator to the second floor.
  • When stepping out of the elevator enter the gray double doors to the right.
  • Take an immediate left down the hallway.
  • The Public Safety Office is the first door on the left.
