UMC Public Safety Office Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 10 am and 2 pm - 4 pm
  • Visits to obtain parking decals outside of these hours may not be permitted.
Resident and Fellow Parking

University Medical Center provides free parking for all rotation residents and fellows 24/7.
  • Resident and Fellow parking in Garage 2
  • Access via programmed decal, properly installed to your car windshield
  • Decals issued during resident onboarding and on material pick-up days
  • One parking garage decal assigned to each resident. Multiple decals for residents with multiple vehicles are not available.
  • Replacement fee: $17 cash and is subject to change.
  • Decals are non-transferable to another windshield.
  • Decals removed from the windshield will not function properly.
Locating University Medical Center Public Safety

Second Floor Suite 2673
  • Enter at the Tulane Avenue Entrance, have your school ID and personal ID available.
  • Proceed past the information desk and past the patient registration area on the right.
  • Proceed towards Patient Tower 3.
  • Take the purple staff elevator to the 2nd floor.
  • When stepping out of the elevator, enter the gray double doors to the right.
  • Take and immediate left down the hallway.
  • The Public Safety Office is the first door on the left.
